Birfdays!

Today Sahara turns a whopping 2 years old.  She asked to celebrate in a fancy hat, as one does.  She also asked for an extra long belly rub, for uninterrupted barking and jumping at Sam, her favorite pastime (which she did not receive), and one pound of cooked ham (which she also did not receive).  However, I think I might be able to accommodate her request for the belly rub this evening.

Which reminds me of another birthday I nearly forgot to mention on the World Wide Web, which is Senor Felix Chill's 29th, which occurred on the 26th of June.  He also asked to celebrate in a fancy hat.  The celebration took place at Alison's and was accompanied by a Thanksgiving feast, literally.  Phil couldn't be happier than to have a huge roast dinner with all the fixings for his birthday.  It's all he ever wants in life.  I tried to take him to a fancy hotel, on a getaway, or to a get a massage. No, no, no.  Good food?  Yes, please.  He also requested a belly rub.

Irene was celebrating as well!  What do they all have in common?  The desire to wear fancy head wear.

But what do you like on your birthday?
You can tell me in the comments section below and I will try to make a note and remember when the time comes.
